This Gallery is a showcase for glimpses of our events and achievements as an organization. In absence of  any designated event photographer and/or videographer for any Utsav event, the web team needs to depend solely on  voluntary personal photo/video contributions from members/attendees for this web gallery. Below are the relevant points to note about photo/video submission and display in this gallery.

• It is a time consuming process to collect, extract and filter out clippings from hour-long videos from varied sources (VHS , Hi8 Analog, Hi8 Digital, MiniDV etc.) and convert them into a format and filesize uploadable to this website. The web team is neither responsible nor should it be expected to undertake such time-consuming efforts. However, this web team will make every effort to upload photos/videos received from contributors within the applicable constraints of this website.
  
• This website has limitation on webspace and bandwidth that prevents upload/display of large photos and long duration videos. To facilitate timely upload of photos/videos to this gallery, below guidelines need to be adhered to.
  
• Digital photographs need to be reduced to 640x480 pixel size.
•  Videos need to be in windows media video format (.wmv) and of duration not more than 5 minutes. Video resolution need to be 176x144 pixels size (standard NTSC resolution when 56kbps max speed bit rate is chosen in windows movie maker output). Video resolution needs to be kept low to enable dialup users see the content.
• The webmaster shall decide the display life of any uploaded photo/video as part of webspace and bandwith management.
• Children's names cannot be published for children's photo.
