Incorporate in November 2005, UTSAV, based in Albany, NY, is a New York not-for-profit organization fostering Bengali heritage by organizing religious, educational and literary events relevant to Bengalees and contributing to the greater community by taking part in various charitable activities around the New York Greater Capital Region. Utsav is ever thankful to its members, patrons, well-wishers and the IRS for their time and support in keeping the UTSAV vision alive.
