Incorporated in November 2005, UTSAV is a New York Capital Region based not-for-profit organization fostering Bengali heritage by organizing religious, educational and literary events relevant to local Bengalees and contributing to the greater community by taking part in various charitable activities in New York Capital Region and around. Utsav is ever thankful to its members, patrons, well-wishers, the NYS and the IRS for their time and support in keeping the "Utsav Vision" alive.
