Utsav participated in the 2007 I Love NY Food Festival. Our presence truly gave the festival an international flair. We were present from 9 AM to 11PM. Hundreds of people visited our booth. The ladies were dressed up in traditional yellow saris and the men proudly displayed their Utsav T-shirt. Our menu was fried rice, loochi, chola, chicken curry and pakoras. It was a good day (slightly windy) and we were all sold out at the end of the day. The event generated much needed funds to fulfill our mission.
